About the Role Brand Representatives contribute to bringing life to our shopping experience with an open demeanor, engaging with customers, authentically representing our brand, and helping to create an inviting atmosphere for everyone. This role is ideal for anyone who enjoys interacting with customers, helping them find what they need, and keeping a well-presented sales floor.

What You'll Do

• Create a positive, welcoming shopping experience through attentive and personalized service. Anticipate customer needs, start conversations naturally, and offer product assistance and styling advice.
• Support presentation of the selling floor: stock replenishment and maintaining a clean, neat, and visually appealing environment, including folding, hanging, and sorting products, and helping uphold visual store standards.
• Cashier duties: ensure smooth checkout, returns and exchanges with a friendly, service-oriented attitude to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Online orders: support omnichannel experience by assisting Save-the-Sale orders, organizing store pickups, and packing shipments directly from the store.

What We're Looking For

• Fluent in German; English optional but helpful.
• Ability to create an inviting and inclusive shopping experience.
• You keep an overview in a dynamic environment, connecting customer contact with operational tasks.
• Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Reliability and commitment to regular attendance.

Nice to Have

• English language skills are optional but beneficial for some customers.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting annual base salary of €29,120 for full-time; the posting indicates €29,120–€29,120 per year and may be adjusted in the future. Note: this is a part-time role with 5, 10, 15 or 20 hours per week and an ideal shift length of 5 hours.
