About the Role
The Brand Representative is an engaged front-line role focused on exceptional customer service and driving sales. They greet and assist customers, communicate in a genuine and articulate way, and maintain an approachable, warm store presence. They engage with customers on the sales floor to close sales and support the store's presentation and operations.

- Maintain store presentation and keep the sales floor engaging and accessible.
- Communicate effectively with customers to close sales and ensure customer-first service.
- Protect assets and adhere to shrink controls and security policies.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
