About the Role Abercrombie & Fitch Co is seeking a Brand Representative for Hollister at Grand Arcade. This role focuses on delivering a welcoming store experience, helping customers find what they need, and maintaining a well-presented environment.
What You'll Do
- Customer Experience: Provide warm, welcoming, attentive service; anticipate needs; offer product support and styling guidance.
- Sales Floor Maintenance: Support product replenishment; keep sales floor clean, organized; ensure presentation standards are met.
- Cash Wrap Operations: Process purchases, returns, and exchanges; maintain a friendly checkout experience.
- Online Orders: Support Save the Sale orders, fulfill In-Store Pick-Up, and package ship-from-store orders.

Compensation & Benefits
