About the Role The Brand Representative brings the Hollister store experience to life at Blanchardstown Centre by engaging customers with care and representing the brand authentically. You’ll help shoppers find what they need and keep the store welcoming and well-presented. This role also supports a seamless omni-channel experience.
What You'll Do
- Provide warm, welcoming, and attentive service to all customers; anticipate needs and offer product support and styling guidance across categories.
- Support product replenishment and maintain a clean, organized, and visually consistent sales environment.
- Accurately and efficiently process purchases, returns, and exchanges at cash wrap while ensuring a friendly checkout experience.
- Create a seamless omni-channel experience by supporting Save the Sale orders, in-store pick-up, and ship-from-store fulfillment.
