What You'll Do
- Customer Experience: Provide warm, welcoming, and attentive service to all customers. Anticipate needs, start conversations naturally, and offer product support and styling guidance across categories.
- Sales Floor Maintenance: Support product replenishment and maintain a clean, organized, and visually consistent sales environment, including folding, hanging, sizing, and presentation standards.
- Cash Wrap Operations: Process purchases, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently with a friendly checkout experience.
- Online Orders: Create a seamless omni-channel experience by supporting Save the Sale orders, fulfilling In-Store Pick-Up, and packaging ship-from-store orders.
