About the Role Brand Representatives are the first ambassadors of our store experience — they interact with customers attentively, represent our brand authentically, and help create a welcoming environment for customers. This role is ideal for someone who loves engaging with customers, helping them find what they need and keeping the store neat and well presented.
What You'll Do
- Provide a welcoming and engaging customer experience for anyone who walks into the store.
- Interact naturally, understand customer needs, and assist in product selection with personalized style recommendations.
- Maintain the selling floor: contribute to product replenishment and keep the store tidy, clean, and well-presented. Tasks like folding, hanging and organizing sizes help ensure high presentation standards.
- Cash operations: process payments, returns and exchanges accurately and quickly, ensuring a friendly checkout experience.
- Online orders: support an omnichannel experience, handling 'Save the Sale' sales, in-store pickups and preparation of orders shipped from the store.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: €23,440 per year (full-time equivalent; 40 hours/week). Note: the initial full-time salary is noted for reference and may be subject to change.
