About the Role The Brand Representative is the first ambassador of the store experience — engaging with customers, representing the brand authentically, and helping to maintain a welcoming store environment for all shoppers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with customers, helping them find what they need, and keeping the store neat and well-presented.

What You'll Do

• Create a welcoming and engaging customer experience; interact naturally, understand customer needs, and offer personalized styling suggestions.
• Support sales floor operations: assist with product replenishment, organize and present merchandise, fold and hang items, and ensure sizing is easy to find.
• Operate the cash register: process payments, returns and exchanges accurately and efficiently to ensure a positive checkout experience.
• Enable a seamless omnichannel experience: support Save the Sale, in-store pickups, and preparation of orders shipped from the store.

Compensation & Benefits

• Initial full-time salary of €23,382.00 per year (gross). Note: the listing shows the annual figure in euros; the full-time equivalent is 40 hours per week.
