About the Role Brand Representatives bring life to the in-store experience by engaging customers closely, representing the brand authentically, and helping create a welcoming environment for all. This role is ideal for people who enjoy connecting with customers, helping them find what they need, and keeping the store tidy and well-presented.

What You'll Do

• Deliver warm, attentive customer service, anticipate needs, start interactions naturally, and provide product guidance and personalized styling advice.
• Maintain the sales floor: contribute to product replenishment, keep the selling environment clean, organized, and well-presented; fold, hang, sort by size, and ensure presentation standards.
• Cash operations: process purchases, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently, ensuring a friendly checkout experience.
• Online orders: create a seamless omnichannel experience supporting Save the Sale orders, managing in-store pickup, and preparing store-to-ship orders.

Compensation & Benefits

• Initial annual compensation of €20,174, with a full-time equivalent base pay of €20,174 per year and a salary range of €20,174 – €20,174 per year.
