About the Role The Brand Representative role at Hollister in Trinity Leeds focuses on delivering a welcoming store experience, engaging customers with care, and representing the Abercrombie & Fitch Co brand while keeping a well-presented store environment.
What You'll Do
- Provide warm, welcoming, and attentive service to all customers. Anticipate needs, initiate conversation in a natural way, and offer product support and styling guidance across categories.
- Support product replenishment and maintain a clean, organized, and visually consistent sales environment. Duties include folding, hanging, sizing, and ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Process purchases, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently while ensuring a friendly checkout experience.
- Create a seamless omni-channel experience by supporting Save the Sale orders, fulfilling In-Store Pick-Up, and packaging ship-from-store orders.
