About the Role Brand Representatives bring the store experience to life by engaging customers with care and authentically representing the brand, creating a welcoming environment for all. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys connecting with customers, helping them find what they need, and maintaining a well-presented store.
What You'll Do
- Provide warm, welcoming, and attentive service to all customers. Anticipate needs, initiate conversation in a comfortable and natural way, and offer product support and styling guidance across categories.
- Support product replenishment and maintain a clean, organized, and visually consistent sales environment, including folding, hanging, sizing, and presenting products to standard.
- Process purchases, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently while ensuring a friendly checkout experience.
- Create a seamless omni-channel experience by supporting Save the Sale orders, fulfilling In-Store Pick-Up, and packaging ship-from-store orders.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in English; Dutch optional but appreciated.
- Ability to create a welcoming and inclusive customer experience.
- Comfort working in a dynamic environment, balancing customer engagement and operational tasks.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Reliability and commitment to consistent attendance.
Nice to Have
- Dutch language skills are optional but appreciated.
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting rate: €14.95 per hour (pay range: €14.95 per hour). The starting rate and range may be modified in the future.
