About the Role Abercrombie & Fitch Co is hiring a Full-Time Brand Representative (Brand Rep Lead) to bring the in-store experience to life — engaging customers with warmth, conveying brand spirit, and fostering an inclusive, friendly environment. The role also involves performing essential store operations in the absence of a manager and accommodating a flexible schedule, especially during peak holiday periods. What You'll Do
- Deliver warm, attentive customer service and proactively identify needs, offering product recommendations and styling ideas.
- Assist with merchandise replenishment and maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor with proper display standards.
- Operate the checkout, handling purchases and returns efficiently while maintaining friendly service.
- Support online orders, including missing item requests, in-store pickup, and packing/shipping for omnichannel fulfillment.
- During important holidays and peak sales periods, be available on most Saturdays and some Sundays and adapt working hours to business needs. What We're Looking For
- Fluent Chinese.
