Your Day-to-Day
- Develop campaign briefs, communication strategies, and key messaging aligned with brand and business objectives.
- Plan and execute integrated brand campaigns across organic and paid channels.
- Conduct competitor benchmarking, social listening, and trend monitoring to identify market insights and opportunities.
- Manage ad hoc marketing initiatives from planning and partner outreach through execution and deliverable management.
- Coordinate KOL, influencer, and partnership campaigns, including outreach, briefing, negotiation, and content execution.
- Monitor campaign performance and translate insights into recommendations for future marketing initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in brand marketing, campaign management, social media, or a related marketing role.
- Develop clear campaign briefs, communication strategies, key messaging, and creative directions.
- Demonstrate experience in competitor benchmarking, social listening, and market or trend analysis.
- Manage multiple projects effectively with strong planning, execution, and attention to detail.
- Have experience handling KOL/influencer campaigns or external partnerships from outreach through execution.
- Communicate effectively and build strong relationships with internal teams, KOLs, partners, and other stakeholders.
