Brand Manager

About the Role Join P&G's Brand Management team in Casablanca as a Brand Manager. You will guide the vision and strategy behind a brand, develop marketing plans, and drive innovation, working across functions to win with consumers, shoppers, and customers. This role emphasizes owning brand outcomes and delivering growth for a portfolio that reaches billions of consumers daily. What You'll Do

• Start by working on key brands from day one and grow your ownership over time as you expand impact on the business.
• Develop marketing plans, identify consumer, shopper, and customer insights, and execute marketing tactics to grow the brand.
• Collaborate across functions to deliver the Integrated Brand Plan and make P&L investment decisions to maximize regional profitability.
• Provide consumer insights and design plans that win with key customers/channels based on Fit for Use requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering with 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking with the ability to drive innovation and brand growth.
• Strong leadership skills and experience in leading, managing, or mentoring others.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multifunctional environment.
• Problem solving skills and creativity under ambiguity. Nice to Have
• Experience in brand management or marketing is a plus.
