Sobre o papel:
Together with the Brand Manager, lead the Nutella Spreads business in Brazil. Responsible for supporting the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns, working cross-functionally with internal teams, agencies, and external partners. Lead market performance analysis and manage projects and timelines, coordinating key stakeholders to ensure effective execution and delivery.
Principais Responsabilidades:
Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of integrated communication campaigns (offline, digital and BTL). Coordinate media, PR and influencer agencies to deliver brand activities.

Coordinate the assessment of innovation opportunities and new projects. Lead launches development and packaging initiatives.

Align Sales and Trade Marketing teams to execute business plans.

Main Requirements
Experience
-
2–4 years of experience in FMCG Marketing, preferably with experience in brand management, innovation, consumer research, market analysis and project management.

Experience working with P&L, Nielsen data and communication agencies is preferred.

Academic Background
-
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or related fields.

Technical Knowledge & Skills
-
Good knowledge of Nielsen data and analytical tools.
-
Knowledge of brand management, consumer insights, innovation and market analysis.
-
Experience with P&L management and marketing performance analysis.
-
Good Excel and PowerPoint skills.
-
Strong analytical, communication, presentation and project management skills.
