Job Summary
- The Brand Manager is responsible for shaping, managing, and expanding the company’s brand identity across all business verticals, including film production, art direction, set design, studio rental, props rental, interior design, sculpture, and content creation.
- This role ensures the brand remains culturally relevant, commercially competitive, and strategically positioned for growth.
Core Responsibilities
Brand Identity & Strategy:
- Develop and maintain a unified brand identity across all platforms.
- Establish brand pillars around art direction, set design, props, studio work, BTS,
- tutorials, and creative craftsmanship.
- Create and enforce brand guidelines for tone, visuals, storytelling, and
- communication.
- Ensure brand consistency across digital, physical, and client-facing touchpoints.
Business & Revenue Development:
- Identify and develop new revenue streams such as workshops, rental bundles,
- creative products, and collaborations.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities in film, advertising, interior design,
- and cultural art spaces.
- Build strategic partnerships with filmmakers, agencies, photographers, brands, and
- production companies.
- Develop pricing strategies, brand packages, and commercial offerings.
Marketing & Communications:
- Manage press releases, media outreach, and brand storytelling.
- Oversee marketing campaigns for studio rentals, props, set design, and creative
- services.
- Develop promotional materials, brand decks, and company profiles.
- Lead brand campaigns for film projects, exhibitions, and creative showcases.
Client & Industry Relations:
- Manage client communication, proposals, and presentations.
- Prepare pitch decks and brand documents for high-value clients.
- Coordinate partnerships, sponsorships, and industry collaborations.
Creative Direction Oversight:
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and production teams to ensure brand
- alignment.
- Approve creative concepts, visual direction, and campaign themes.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Growth in brand visibility and recognition.
- Successful execution of new revenue streams.
- Increase in studio bookings, prop rentals, and client projects.
- Growth in partnerships and collaborations.
Requirements
- 3-6 years in brand management, creative strategy, or entertainment marketing.
- Strong understanding of film production, art direction, set design, and studio
- operations.
- Excellent storytelling, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to generate and execute business ideas.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
