About the Role As the Brand Elevation Coordinator, you’ll be part of the Global Marketplace & GTM team, working closely with the Head of Brand Elevation Strategy. You’ll help shape how we present elevated marketplace moments to consumers, coordinating across initiatives and ensuring alignment and timely delivery across markets. What You'll Do
- Elevate pipeline coordination: track and coordinate the global elevated pipeline, maintaining visibility of initiatives, timelines, risks and alignment to brand and GTM calendars.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: act as the central coordination point across Product, Merchandising, Brand, Channels, Market Interaction and GTM Ops to ensure clarity on deliverables and milestones.
- Commercial & Distribution Support: support execution and tracking of pricing, allocation and distribution decisions, ensuring compliance with elevation guardrails and documentation standards.
- Brand Moments & Activation: coordinate planning and readiness for elevated brand moments, launches and collaborations, supporting execution, performance tracking and post-launch feedback.
- Reporting & Operational Excellence: consolidate insights, metrics and learnings, support governance and approvals, and drive disciplined, consistent ways of working across elevated initiatives. What We're Looking For
