Job title: Brand Content Lead, Audi Canada
About the Role Audi Canada is seeking a strategic content leader within the Brand Marketing team to develop, execute, and optimize Audi brand content across owned channels in Canada. The role focuses on growing audience engagement, increasing channel relevance, and strengthening Audi’s premium brand positioning in Canada by leading content across social, website, CRM, creator partnerships, and emerging opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Develop and own Audi Canada's content strategy across all owned channels; translate annual marketing priorities into channel-specific content plans; manage editorial calendar.
- Lead the content ecosystem across social media, website content, CRM content, creator partnerships, and emerging opportunities to drive engagement and growth.
- Oversee agency management: day-to-day management of agencies, budgets, evaluating results, and accountability.
- Lead social media leadership: own performance, create strategies to increase engagement and growth; manage agencies managing channels; handle issues/crises with cross-functional teams.
- Manage creator and influencer partnerships: identify and manage creators; brief and manage to ensure high-quality content; build scalable creator ecosystem to complement agency content.
- Website content: direct content for audi.ca pages with CRM alignment; ensure consistency across owned channels.
- Experiential campaigns: leverage events and sponsorships in social and digital.
- Content team: lead and grow direct-to-client agency creative team; collaborate with other Audi departments.
- Collaboration: be a key contact for brand marketing expertise within Audi Canada to support other departments (Aftersales, Product, New/Used car).
- Content Studio and Real-time strategy: develop strategy that is real-time, reactive to Canadian market content.
- Campaigns: support campaign development and communications assets across digital, social, experiential, media & influencer partnerships.
What We're Looking For
- Experience developing, executing, and optimizing brand content; ability to translate brand strategy into compelling content experiences; strong cross-functional leadership in a Canadian market context.
- Proven track record in social media leadership, with strategies to increase engagement, audience growth, and brand relevance; experience managing agencies.
- Expertise in creator/influencer partnerships and building scalable ecosystems; ability to brief and manage creators to ensure high-quality content.
- Strong website and CRM content planning; ability to maintain consistency across owned channels and coordinate with CRM teams.
- Experience collaborating with creative, social and production agencies; ability to provide strategic direction and ensure alignment with brand standards.
- Ability to identify cultural moments, trends, and content franchises; strong editorial mindset.
