Brand & Communication intern

Orient Express Internship - Brand & Communications

The Brand & Communication intern will report directly to the Brand Content & Social Media Manager. This 6-month internship is expected to start in January 2027.

ROLE PURPOSE & MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

360° Marketing Activations

• Support the coordination and rollout of global marketing campaigns and brand activations.
• Assist in preparing creative briefs, campaign presentations, and activation plans.
• Liaise with internal teams and external agencies to track project timelines and deliverables.
• Conduct competitive benchmarks and monitor luxury marketing trends.

Brand Content & Digital Communication

• Create, edit, and adapt brand content across print and digital channels for B2B & B2B, in line with brand guidelines
• Support the graphic design of brochures, presentations, invitations, and digital assets.
• Assist with video editing and audiovisual content adaptation.
• Support content publishing on LinkedIn and YouTube and monitor weekly social media performances.

Event Management

• Support the planning, coordination, and on-site execution of brand events and VIC recruitment initiatives.
• Liaise with internal teams, external partners, and suppliers to ensure smooth event delivery.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (M2) in Marketing, Communication or Business

• Previously marketing or communication experience in the hospitality or luxury industry required

• The internship must be officially recognized and approved by your educational institution

• Strong graphic design skills and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and knowledge of video editing tools.

• Strong project management & coordination skills

• Fluent in French and English

• Creative, detailed-oriented and well-organized

• Proactive, autonomous, responsive and solution-oriented

• Strong communication and proofreading skills
