Job Description

Key activities

• Support the Full Funnel media campaigns creative assets (brand content assets)
• Coordinate the roll out of Guest Experience markers (brand programs and standards)
• Responsible of the internal and external communication (calendar, internal and external tools, e-newsletters, intranet, brand presentation)

Key missions

1. Support in content creation and operational assets

• The Intern could assist with new brand platform will be launched by the end of 2026, influencing brand content and actions for 2027. He/she can support the roll out and check the content & copywriting.
• The Intern could also lead the creation of operational brand assets based on the needs of the Global team and hotels. He/she could also help coordinate print platforms.

2. Coordinate brand programs and brand standards

• The Intern could coordinate the launch of the brand standards with the different stakeholders (CSR, F&B, Operation) under the new local brand markers in key countries as France, UK, Germany, Spain, Poland.
• The Intern will be in charge to update and manage the brand essentials document for the regional level.
• The Intern could do the follow up with the new hotels openings in order to be compliant with the new Local brand program.

3. Support for internal and external communication

• The Intern could manage and update the intranet to ensure that it remains a valuable resource for the hotels.
• The Intern could also contribute to the internal newsletter by creating content and enriching the communication efforts.
• The Intern could assist with the production of brand presentations.

• Communication, Advertising & Marketing

• French & English languages
