About the Role Vibee is seeking an enthusiastic Brand Ambassador - VIP Host to join our Experience Operations team. In this role, you will represent Vibee, engage fans, and support brand activations and experiences at live events. You will help increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive consumer engagement to deliver VIP experiences. What You'll Do
- Maintain a basic understanding of the artist, their career, and notable achievements to engage and inform fans, as provided by Vibee producers and training.
- Guide fans through onsite activations and experiences, providing clear instructions and assistance to ensure full engagement.
- Troubleshoot activation issues promptly and liaise with technical support when necessary to resolve problems.
- Have a general understanding of the different experience packages and answer questions or direct fans to the appropriate resource.
