Job title: Brand Ambassador - Retail / Events
About the Role Join Renewal by Andersen as a Brand Ambassador responsible for representing the company at events and in-store locations, delivering excellent customer service and helping convert interest into appointments. You’ll be the face of the brand, interact with guests in-person, assist with booth setup, and learn lead-generation and appointment-setting techniques.
What You'll Do
- Assist with event/booth setup, including arranging displays and preparing promotional materials.
- Interact with guests using interpersonal skills and provide friendly, professional service.
- Schedule appointments for customers to meet with sales consultants regarding Renewal by Andersen products.
- Stand upright during your scheduled shift and stay energetic and approachable, as you are the face of the company.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in customer service settings (restaurant, hospitality and retail sales) is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with event marketing and retail environment is a plus.
- Willingness to learn techniques in lead generation and appointment setting.
- Ability to work weekends and flexible hours.
- Valid Driver's License and own vehicle.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 18 years of age or older.
Nice to Have
- Entry-level role; no prior experience required.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive pay: $15.00/hr base plus uncapped commission (most team members earn between $17.00-$24.00/hr)
- 90-day evaluation pay increase and annual increases thereafter
