Job title: Brand Ambassador - Retail / Events
About the Role As a Brand Ambassador at Renewal by Anderson, you will be the face of our events and showroom experiences, delivering excellent customer service and promoting our replacement windows and doors. You will learn how to engage guests and schedule in-person appointments with our sales consultants, supporting both event booths and store coverage.
What You'll Do
- Assist with event/ booth setup, including arranging displays and preparing promotional materials.
- Interact with guests using strong interpersonal skills to deliver friendly, helpful service.
- Schedule appointments for customers to meet with sales consultants.
- Represent the company in an energetic, approachable manner and be able to stand for shifts.
What We're Looking For
- Previous customer service experience preferred (restaurant, hospitality, retail), but not required.
- Familiarity with event marketing and retail environment is a plus.
- Willingness to learn lead generation and appointment setting techniques.
- Ability to work weekends and flexible hours.
- Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
- High School Diploma or GED; 18 years of age or older.
Nice to Have
- Experience across various industries (military, solar, fast food, hospitality) as a transfer of customer service skills.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive pay at $15.00 per hour plus uncapped commission; most team members earn between $17.00-$24.00 per hour.
- 90-day evaluation pay increase with annual increases thereafter.
