About the Role As an Event Brand Ambassador at Renewal by Anderson, you’ll be a vital member of our marketing team, helping to introduce homeowners to our premium window and door products at community events and retail locations. You’ll drive brand awareness through engaging, face-to-face interactions and create memorable first impressions for homeowners. What You'll Do
- Set up and break down event displays at home shows, concerts, farmer’s markets, etc.
- Engage with attendees and book an appointment with one of our design consultants
- Educate consumers on product features and benefits in a friendly, no-pressure environment
- Learn and confidently communicate brand messaging and product knowledge What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- At least 1-2yrs of Customer Service Experience – Prior Events Experience is a Plus
- Reliable Transportation for commuting to various event locations
- Availability to work at least 3 weekends per month
- Positive attitude, enthusiastic, professional, self-motivated, and willing to learn
- Ability to set up, run, and break down events; and ability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time with opportunities for breaks
- Must be willing to undergo a criminal background check
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record

- Hourly pay range: $25 - $40 per hour (Base + Weekly Performance Bonus), paid weekly
