What You'll Do
- Communicate with future customers to assess needs and share information about Renewal by Andersen windows.
- Advise customers on current issues and the best route to solving them.
- Participate in paid training and develop strong marketing, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Represent the company professionally and be available for nights and weekends as required.
- Maintain a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to reach customer sites.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Be a people person and goal-oriented
- Must be available nights and weekends
- Must have a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
- No degree required; motivated to learn and able to problem-solve and handle rejection
