Job title: Brand Ambassador
About the Role Brand Ambassador for Renewal by Anderson in the Omaha area represents our products and services at retail locations, festivals, expos, music/sporting events, and home shows to generate leads and schedule appointments. This part-time role takes place across the Omaha area and requires engaging with the public to explain offerings and gather information.
What You'll Do
- Engage with the public at events to explain our products/services and capture customer contact information.
- Generate leads by scheduling appointments and following up as needed.
- Overcome objections, maintain a positive attitude, and communicate clearly.
- Maintain reliable transportation, valid driver's license, smartphone, and the ability to drive a company vehicle when required.
- Work in a fast-paced, team-based environment; adapt to varying hours (events typically Thursday–Sunday; retail fluctuates weekdays and weekends); out-of-town travel may be required.
What We're Looking For
- At least one year’s experience in sales, promotions, retail, or working with the public.
- Excellent communication, phone, and computer skills.
- Professional, well-spoken, engaging, and autonomous attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively as a team member.
- Physically able to stand for long periods.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour. Competitive hourly wage, plus bonuses.
- This is a part-time position with hours varying by demand; events Thursday through Sunday; out-of-town travel may be required.
