About the Role Renewal by Anderson is seeking energetic individuals to join our event marketing team. This part-time Brand Ambassador role involves engaging with the public at retail locations, festivals, expos, music/sporting events, and home shows throughout the Columbus area to generate leads and schedule appointments for our products/services.
What You'll Do
- Engage with customers at events to explain our products/services and capture interest.
- Collect customer information and schedule appointments.
- Generate leads, handle objections, and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- Travel to events as needed; reliable transportation and a valid driver's license required; may drive company vehicle when required.
- This is a part-time role with hours varying by demand; events typically occur Thursday through Sunday; retail fluctuates weekdays and weekends.
What We're Looking For
- At least one year's experience in sales, promotions, retail or working with the public.
- Excellent communication, phone, and computer skills.
- Professional, well-spoken, engaging, and autonomous attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively as a team member.
- Physically able to stand for long periods.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, smartphone, and ability to drive a company vehicle when needed.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour.
