Job title: Brand Ambassador
About the Role As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll approach customers in-store to offer them a chance to enter our $10,000 window and door sweepstakes. Once you have an interested homeowner, you’ll discuss their concerns and connect them with a Design Consultant who will inspect their windows and doors and provide exact pricing guaranteed for a full year.
What You'll Do
- Approach customers in-store to invite participation in the sweepstakes.
- Qualify homeowners by discussing their window/door concerns and arrange for a Design Consultant to inspect their home and provide guaranteed pricing for a full year.
- Set appointments for prospective clients; the more appointments you’re able to set, the bigger your monthly bonus.
- Maintain a VERY flexible schedule with 2 shifts available Tuesday through Sunday; Brand Ambassadors typically work 3–6 shifts per week and may participate in events/trade shows with early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
- Earn hourly pay plus monthly bonuses.
What We're Looking For
- Energetic, motivated, outgoing, polite, confident, well-spoken, and disciplined.
- Ability to work 8–35 hours per week across 3–6 shifts; flexible scheduling required.
- Comfortable approaching customers in-store and discussing solutions with homeowners.
Nice to Have
- Flexible availability for events and trade shows (early mornings, late evenings, weekends).
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay plus monthly bonuses. Scheduling may involve part-time hours with full-time pay.
