Job title: Brand Ambassador
About the Role This part-time Brand Ambassador position supports Renewal by Andersen's event marketing efforts across Wichita-area retail locations, festivals, expos, and home shows. You will engage with the public to generate leads, explain our products/services, capture customer information, and schedule appointments.
What You'll Do
- Work with the public at various locations and events to promote our products/services
- Explain offerings, capture customer information, and schedule appointments
- Generate leads through conversations and build a positive rapport
- Overcome objections and maintain a proactive, can-do attitude
- Travel as needed for out-of-town events
- Maintain reliable transportation and use a company vehicle when required (driver's license and smartphone needed)
What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, promotions, retail, or working with the public
- Excellent communication, phone, and computer skills
- Professional, well-spoken, engaging, and autonomous attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate as a team member
- Physically able to stand for long periods
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, smartphone, and ability to drive company vehicle when needed
- Willingness to travel to events; retirees and those seeking supplemental income are encouraged to apply
Nice to Have
- Experience engaging customers in a lead-generation role (a plus)
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive hourly wage: $14.00–$16.00 per hour, plus bonuses
- Part-time position with hours varying based on demand; events typically Thursday–Sunday and retail fluctuates weekdays and weekends
- Possible out-of-town travel
