About the Role Join Esler Companies - Renewal by Andersen as a Brand Ambassador in Glassboro, NJ. This part-time, entry-level role involves representing our event marketing team at community events on weekends, speaking with homeowners about projects, and introducing our industry-leading products and services. You'll receive paid training and ongoing support to help you succeed from day one.
What You'll Do
- Greet and engage homeowners in friendly conversation.
- Listen to homeowners’ needs and share helpful information.
- Invite attendees to enter a giveaway and schedule consultations with our Sales team.
- Assist with setup and takedown of display materials (up to 30 lbs).

- Access to reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs for event setup.
