Job title: Brand Ambassador
About the Role The Brand Ambassador will be a vital member of the marketing team, helping to introduce homeowners to Renewal by Anderson's products and services. They drive brand awareness through face-to-face interactions at community events and retail locations, creating memorable first impressions for every homeowner they meet.
What You'll Do
- Set up and break down event displays at home shows, concerts, farmer's markets, etc.
- Engage with attendees and book an appointment with one of our design consultants.
- Educate consumers on product features and benefits in a friendly, no-pressure environment.
- Learn and confidently communicate brand messaging and product knowledge.
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- At least 1-2 years of customer service experience; prior events experience is a plus.
- Reliable transportation for commuting to various event locations in the area.
- Availability to work at least 3 weekends per month.
- Positive attitude, enthusiastic, professional, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
- Ability to set up, run, and break down events; ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time with opportunities for breaks.
- Must be willing to undergo a criminal background check.
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- This company participates in E-Verify.

- Prior events experience is a plus.

- Salary: $25/hr - $40/hr (Base + Weekly Performance Bonus!), paid weekly.
