Holiday Activation & Admissions Campaign 2026/2027

We are a Christian School in the education sector, seeking confident, energetic and customer-focused Brand Ambassadors to support our admissions campaign.

The role combines lead engagement, parent follow-up, school visits and field activations, helping prospective families discover Mirema School and progress through the admissions journey.

Responsibilities

  • Follow your assigned duty roster and instructions from your supervisors.
  • Contact prospective parents, respond to enquiries and follow up consistently.
  • Participate in assigned expos and other physical outreach activities.
  • Take part in rotational supermarket and mall activations every Sunday from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
  • Visit designated apartments on a rotational basis to install approved QR-code materials, obtaining any required permission.
  • Encourage interested parents to book school visits or register for Open Days.
  • Keep accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, field activities and next steps.
  • Represent Mirema School professionally and uphold its values in all interactions.

Requirements

  • Clear communication and good interpersonal skills.

  • Valid Certificate of Good Conduct.

  • Being in a tertiary institution pursuing a bachelor's degree related to marketing, Business administration or a related field.

  • Confidence engaging prospective parents in person and over the phone.

  • Good telephone and WhatsApp etiquette.

  • .Patience, active listening and a helpful attitude.

  • Good organization and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work with a team, and meet reporting deadlines.
