About the Role Join Esler Companies' Renewal by Andersen as a Brand Ambassador in Kingman, AZ. This part-time, entry-level role supports our Event Marketing team by engaging homeowners at community events on weekends to introduce our industry-leading window replacement products and services. What You'll Do
- Greet and engage homeowners in friendly conversation.
- Listen to homeowners' needs and share helpful information.
- Invite attendees to enter a giveaway and schedule consultations with our Sales team.
- Assist with setup and takedown of display materials (up to 30 lbs).
What We're Looking For
- Weekend availability.
- Strong communication skills.
- Positive, approachable, and adaptable.
- Access to reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs for event setup.
Compensation & Benefits
