About the Role Part-time, entry level Brand Ambassador joining Esler Companies - Renewal by Andersen to support our Event Marketing team. You’ll participate in community events on weekends, speak with homeowners about projects, and introduce them to our products and services. Paid training, base pay, and uncapped bonus potential with flexible hours.
What You'll Do
- Greet and engage homeowners in friendly conversation.
- Listen to homeowners’ needs and share helpful information.
- Invite attendees to enter a giveaway and schedule consultations with our Sales team.
- Assist with setup and takedown of display materials (up to 30 lbs).
- Attend community events on weekends such as fairs, festivals, and home shows.

- Weekend availability.
- Strong communication skills.
- Positive, approachable, and adaptable.
- Access to reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs for event setup.
Nice to Have

Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $20 - $35 hourly.
