About the Role Join Esler Companies - Renewal by Andersen as a Brand Ambassador in Denver. This part-time, entry-level role represents the company at weekend community events (fairs, festivals, home shows). You’ll speak with homeowners about their projects and introduce them to Renewal by Andersen’s products and services, with paid training, base pay, and uncapped bonus potential to support your growth.
What You'll Do
- Greet and engage homeowners in friendly conversation.
- Listen to homeowners’ needs and share helpful information.
- Invite attendees to enter a giveaway and schedule consultations with our Sales team.
- Assist with setup and takedown of display materials (up to 30 lbs).

- Strong communication skills.
- Positive, approachable, and adaptable.
- Access to reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs for event setup.
