About the Role Join Esler Companies - Renewal by Andersen as an Event Marketing Representative. This part-time, entry-level role supports community engagement at weekends through events like fairs, festivals, and home shows, with training and field support from a dedicated manager to help you succeed from day one. What You'll Do
- Greet and engage homeowners in friendly conversation at community events.
- Listen to homeowners' needs and share helpful information about products and services.
- Invite attendees to enter a giveaway and schedule consultations with our Sales team.
- Assist with setup and takedown of display materials (up to 30 lbs). What We're Looking For
- Weekend availability.
- Strong communication skills.
- Positive, approachable, and adaptable.
- Access to reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs for event setup. Nice to Have
- Paid training provided; suitable for those with no prior experience. Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $20 - $35 hourly.
