Job Summary
YSG Chicken Co. Nigeria Limited is seeking a competent, trustworthy, and results-driven Branch Supervisor to oversee daily retail outlet operations, manage sales activities, supervise staff, ensure inventory accuracy, and maintain excellent customer service and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth business activities.

Supervise sales attendants and monitor staff performance, punctuality, and discipline.

Drive sales growth and ensure achievement of assigned branch sales targets.

Monitor inventory, stock movement, and product availability to minimise losses and wastage.

Ensure accurate daily sales records, payment reconciliation, and inventory reporting.

Enforce strict compliance with company payment policies and financial procedures.

Maintain high standards of hygiene, product handling, and cold-chain management.

Attend to customer enquiries, resolve complaints, and maintain excellent customer relationships.

Monitor equipment functionality and promptly report operational issues.

Prepare and submit accurate daily sales, inventory, and operational reports.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

Minimum of OND/HND or B.Sc. in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline.

Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience in retail operations, sales supervision, or store management.

Experience in FMCG, frozen foods, supermarkets, or food retailing is an added advantage.

Strong leadership, organisational, and staff management skills.

Good knowledge of inventory management, sales reconciliation, and basic accounting.

Proficiency in POS systems, Microsoft Excel, and basic reporting tools.

Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities.

High level of honesty, integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and perform under pressure.

Must reside close to the assigned branch or be willing to relocate.

Willingness to work weekends and public holidays when required.
