Icebolethu FSP, a division of Icebolethu Group, is currently in search of suitable candidate to fill the position of Branch Supervisor. The position is available on a permanent basis within the FSP, a Divisionof Icebolethu Group.
Responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

Grade 12
-
2 – 3 years’ experience in financial services
-
Business Management, Marketing, or related tertiary qualifications
-
Clear ITC
-
Clear criminal record
-
Own reliable transport and cell phone
-
RE–5 or RE-1 Qualification will be an advantage
-
Have proven success in the Marketing of Life Assurance experience

Supervising and managing daily branch operations

Leading, coaching, and mentoring sales teams to achieve targets

Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Handling escalated customer queries and resolving complaints effectively

Implementing sales strategies and promotional campaigns

Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs

Overseeing risk management and ensuring proper documentation processes

Driving customer service excellence and improving client satisfaction levels
