Branch Managers

REQUIREMENTS

• Lead branch operations and team performance
• Drive customer acquisition, lending and portfolio growth
• Manage loan performance, repayments and collections
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Ensure compliance with policies and credit procedures
• Identify business opportunities and achieve branch targets

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field

• 3-5 years' experience in microfinance, banking or financial services

• Proven experience in branch management, lending and collections

• Strong leadership, business development and customer relationship skills

• Target-driven with strong analytical and communication abilities
