Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the daily operations of the assigned branch(es).
Lead, mentor, and motivate staff to achieve performance targets and maintain high service standards.
Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and company policies.
Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.
Enhance patient satisfaction and address any operational challenges promptly and effectively.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a similar branch management role, preferably within the healthcare sector.
Possession of a valid UAE Residence Visa is a significant advantage.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and management skills.
Ability to join the team immediately.
Relevant SHA / MOH / DHA eligibility or licensing, depending on the specific position requirements.
