Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth business activities
- Manage branch staff, supervise performance, and promote productivity.
- Drive sales growth, business development, and customer acquisition.
- Ensure compliance with operational policies and procedures.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and service-related issues.
- Achieve branch targets, business objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage operations and drive business performance.
- Experience in the financial services industry is an added advantage.
Salary
N400,000 monthly.
