About the Role Lead and manage the Chillicothe branch to meet or exceed sales and margin targets. Drive daily operations, safety, customer service, and staff development, and optimize staffing and inventory to support sales objectives. What You'll Do
- coordinate and direct branch activities to meet or exceed sales and margin targets while ensuring timely and accurate completion of required branch reporting
- Oversee daily employee activities in alignment with Linde’s Leadership values, fostering a productive, collaborative, and safety‑focused work environment
- You will play a key role in guiding staff in meeting safety standards and delivering exceptional, customer‑centered service
- Provide proactive and ongoing training and development, strengthening team capabilities and building strong customer relationships through prompt issue resolution
