About the Role The Branch Manager leads and develops a team to deliver excellent client service, analyzes client needs, and recommends financial solutions to support clients’ financial wellness and goals. This role is accountable for branch operations and regulatory compliance and guides the team in executing Branch Playbook to achieve branch goals. The Branch Manager also focuses on acquiring and growing small business relationships and serves as a market leader in the local community.
What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, develop, and motivate a branch team to deliver outstanding client service and financial solutions.
- Analyze clients' needs and recommend tailored financial products and services to help them achieve financial wellness and goals.
- Ensure branch operations, regulatory compliance, security, and audit procedures are followed; oversee timely completion of tasks.
- Drive execution of the Branch Playbook to meet branch goals.
- Develop and grow small business relationships and serve as a market leader in the local community or designated business area.
