Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Management, Medicine, Clinical Medicine, Nursing, Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 4 years' experience in hospital or healthcare management.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards and hospital operations.
- Excellent strategic planning, financial management and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and people-management capabilities.
- Excellent communication, coordination and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple operational priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
