Job Description We are renowned restaurant brand committed to serving delicious African and international meals with exceptional hospitality and customer service. We are seeking a competent, proactive, and results-driven Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant branch, drive business performance, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Oversee the daily operations of the pastry outlet, ensuring efficiency in service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure that the business’s revenue, profitability, and product quality targets are consistently achieved.
• Monitor and drive high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
• Coordinate inventory audits, maintain proper stock levels, and ensure timely ordering of raw materials and finished goods, avoiding stock-outs.
• Track sales performance, prepare budgets and manage cashflow efficiently across the outlet.
• Develop and implement strategies to identify market trends, boost revenue, and increase customer base.
• Train, supervise, and manage staff to function optimally and provide excellent service.
• Maintain and grow strong relationships with resellers, retail customers, and engage in neighborhood marketing.
• Ensure compliance with company policies on cash handling, product management, food safety, and equipment maintenance.
• Generate operational and financial reports for senior management and recommend improvements where needed.

Requirements

• A graduate with 3 to 5 years of experience in restaurant or pastry outlet management.
• Leadership skills and ability to supervise and coordinate staff effectively.
• Basic knowledge of accounting and budgeting.
• Proficient in marketing and customer engagement strategies.
• Proven experience in restaurant or retail food sales.

Salary

N300,000 - N350,000 per month.
