About the Role Entry-level Branch & Insurance Specialist at AAA's Rutland, VT branch. You will serve members in person and over the phone with insurance and membership products, and support branch operations and agents. What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional service to members regarding insurance policies, membership, billing, passport photos, planning road trips, and cashiering duties.
- Interact with AAA members onsite and over the phone; support agents and life specialists; develop insurance leads for office sales agents.
- Participate in training on AAA products; contribute to cross-selling goals; undergo skills-based pay increases and quarterly bonuses; opportunities for career growth.
- Handle routine and advanced duties in support of the branch team; overtime including Saturdays as needed. What We're Looking For
- Prior experience in insurance, retail sales, banking, or similar customer service/sales environment.
- Advanced customer service skills; ability to exceed sales/service quality goals.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office basics; ability to navigate Windows, Outlook, Word, and the Internet.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills; adaptability to change and deadlines.
- High School diploma or GED; successful background check and drug screening.
- Ability to work overtime including Saturdays. Nice to Have
- Experience in a customer service environment is helpful. Compensation & Benefits
