About the Role The Boys Basketball Assistant Coach at St. Croix Preparatory Academy supports the development of fundamental basketball skills and participation in a High School varsity/junior varsity program. This seasonal, part-time role includes coaching practices, attending games, and running clinics in alignment with the school's mission. What You'll Do
- Responsible for daily coaching duties, including practices, games, and clinics
- Perform additional coaching tasks as assigned by the Activities Director or Head Coach
- Follow St. Croix Preparatory Academy's Mission and Philosophies
- After-school practices and games, 5–6 days per week; prepare for public performances (scheduled matches and practices) What We're Looking For
- Prefer that applicants participated competitively in basketball; coaching experience is preferred
- Ability to coach and mentor high school student-athletes; follow directions from the Activities Director and Head Coach Nice to Have
- Prior competitive playing experience; prior coaching roles are a plus Compensation & Benefits
