About the Role Live Nation Concerts is seeking a Box Office Representative for Shoreline Amphitheatre for the 2026 season. This seasonal, part-time role will assist guests at the box office by selling and verifying tickets, helping guests find seats, and ensuring a smooth event experience. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, safety-minded, and able to work in a fast-paced live entertainment environment. What You'll Do
- Sell and collect admission tickets and passes from patrons at events.
- Greet guests attending events at the box office and verify tickets for authenticity.
- Provide accommodations for guests with special needs prior to and day of show (e.g., assist someone who uses a wheelchair).
- Inform guests of venue layout and direct them to restrooms, concession stands, and designated seats/sections.
- Identify fake tickets or credentials and educate guests on where to buy authentic tickets.
- Resolve seating disputes and help address guest concerns.
- Assist guests in finding seats and, if necessary, light the way with flashlights.
- Participate in CARE by supporting the venue’s sustainability program (sorting waste, collecting recycling, educating fans about efforts).
- Close the venue after events in collaboration with team members (collect recyclables, store event equipment like lawn chairs, barricade, etc.).
- Maintain order, adhere to safety rules, and share safety concerns with management.
- Guide guests to the nearest exit. What We're Looking For
