About this role
Box Elder Plant Technician at Procter & Gamble will join a team responsible for keeping production flowing and maintaining high-quality output. You’ll work with world-renowned production technologies, run high-speed converting and packing equipment, control processes from a computer terminal, and perform preventive maintenance. This entry-level role offers the opportunity to grow into electrical, quality assurance, safety and hygiene, and other areas of expertise.
What You'll Do
- Run high-speed converting and packing equipment
- Control the process from a computer terminal
- Perform preventive maintenance on equipment
- Maintain world-renowned production technologies
- Maintain accurate records and data
- Operate material handling equipment (clamp truck, forklift, hand trucks)
- Demonstrate technical, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Be willing to rotate shifts and work 12-hour schedules, weekends as necessary
What We're Looking For
- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- Wear required safety personal protective equipment (eye protection, ear protection, safety shoes)
- Willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts; ability to lift 50 pounds; climb, stand, move on stairs, ladders and platforms; able to enter confined spaces
- Use basic hand and power tools
- Ability to maintain accurate records and data
- Strong technical, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Ability to operate automated equipment and perform cleaning/maintenance
- Willing to rotate shifts and work any shift

Compensation & Benefits
- Starting Pay: $26.53/hour
- Total rewards include salary + bonus (if applicable) + benefits
- Plant operates 7 days a week; weekend work may be overtime or part of normal schedule; relocation not paid
