About the Role We are seeking a polished, service-driven Boutique Retail Sales Specialist (Keyholder) to join ZukaBaby in Metairie, LA for a part-time, in-person role. You’ll be a trusted resource for local families, delivering personalized service and helping customers make confident decisions in a beautifully curated boutique. What You'll Do

• Deliver an Elevated Client Experience: welcome customers with warmth and professionalism; build trust with genuine enthusiasm; provide personalized product recommendations and guide purchasing decisions.
• Relationship Building & Sales: develop meaningful relationships with local families to encourage repeat visits and referrals; create solution-based shopping experiences for premium purchases (baby gear, strollers, car seats, clothing, gifts, toys).
• Visual Merchandising & Store Operations: maintain an inviting sales floor that reflects the ZukaBaby brand; restock, tag products, create displays; assist with inventory management, receiving shipments, and fulfilling online orders for pickup, local delivery, and shipping; open and close the boutique as a keyholder.
• Product Expertise: stay current on arrivals and features; participate in ongoing product training and expand expertise; confidently educate customers on trusted brands. What We're Looking For

• Experience in boutique, luxury, specialty, or consultative retail is ideal.
