About the Role The Boutique Operations Coordinator will oversee merchandising, financial management and overall store operations for Piaget boutiques in the UAE. This role focuses on driving sales performance while ensuring exceptional customer experience and adherence to company standards.
What You'll Do
- Oversee the merchandising, financial management, and overall store management to ensure the achievement of operational sales performance goals.
- Supervise and evaluate the capabilities of sales staff, identifying gaps and prioritizing development activities. Implement formal development frameworks and coach and mentor staff to support talent development.
- Develop and communicate solutions for common customer issues, ensuring clear messaging and next steps.
- Create and manage medium- to long-term work schedules, coordinating across multiple teams to achieve business goals.
- Set performance objectives for direct reports, manage and report on departmental performance, and take corrective actions to meet annual business objectives.
- Implement the function's strategy and business plan, motivating staff to commit to the organization's mission, vision, and values.
- Configure complex product-and-services solutions, negotiate agreements, and review sales proposals, escalating issues as necessary.
- Manage departmental budget plans, including development and delivery.
- Define and optimize order processing protocols for a seamless customer experience.
- Set objectives for sales calls, tailor presentations to customer needs, gather and analyze information, and secure customer agreements.
- Identify opportunities to grow customer accounts through additional products/services, often fulfilling a sales quota.
- Develop and implement relationship management plans for complex customer accounts, building relationships with decision-makers and influencers.
- Monitor and improve performance against health, safety, and environment (HSE) key performance indicators, resolving noncompliance issues.
- Ensure compliance with diversity and inclusion directives, using precise and descriptive language for tasks and responsibilities.
What We're Looking For
- Master's Degree or equivalent level, substantial general work experience, and comprehensive job-related expertise in planning, managing, and organizing resources within short/medium timescales within the overall policy framework.
- UAE National status (Temp.) preference and ability to operate within Richemont group’s Maisons.
